Looking to establish itself as the leader in early cancer detection on the eve of its first product launch, Grail faced the challenge of standing out in an industry driven by alarming statistics and the consequences of inaction. To separate Grail from the crowd, we created a more modern identity that shifted the target audience’s sense of helplessness to one of self-empowerment, combining ambition and intelligence with a reassuring, human touch.
